Say My Name, Say My Name

I wanted to give a little clarification on my domain name. Luxueux is the french word for "luxurious". Who doesn't love a 'lil luxury in their life? I sure do! Ever since I could utter the word "shoe" (one of my first words as a baby) I was destined for more interest in fashion than any 7 year old should have, as I saved my tooth fairy money to buy any pink dress I could get my tiny, delicate hands on. Fashion and beauty is something that has always intrigued me, dressing up in my great-grandmothers' vintage pearls and luring over their jewel encrusted jewelry boxes. Now being a high school student, I struggle to muster up the energy at 6 a.m. mornings to throw on something other than lululemon sweats and a Wildfox Couture sweatshirt. Although my school ensembles may not be runway ready, I am constantly perusing fashion magazines, websites and stores to recreate my version of the most innovative, interesting trends a la mode.

Bonjour! I just wanted to briefly introduce my new blog. I am a lover of all things creative, trendy and luxurious. I decided that I really need an outlet to channel my creative thoughts so I can stop annoying all of my less-style-interested friends with my excitement over Alexander Wang's latest overpriced tee or how pigmented my new YSL bronzer is (exciting, right?!). My blog is going to act as a mood board of my thoughts relating to current beauty, fashion, food and life trends of the moment, or just any oddities I am interested in!  I hope readers will not hesitate to let me know your thoughts on current products, styles, and more, I would love to hear from you all.
